Bialer is a trained Cogmed coach.  If you or your child has difficulties in the area of working memory, Cogmed training will make a significant difference in your ability to attend and to hold on to information long enough to use it.  Working memory plays an important role in concentration and on following directions.Working memory skills can affect learning in many different subject areas including reading and math.Working memory is the sticky note we use to keep track of information until we need to use it.  Kids with weak working memory have difficulties grabbing and holding on to incoming information.  That means they have less material to work with when they are performing a task.
